(MMG), is a growing property management company located in Central Pennsylvania.  Currently managing a portfolio of more than 1500 affordable apartments, located across 19 counties. MMG is a recognized and respected leader within the affordable property management field.  

 

MMG provides property management services for affordable multifamily properties in Pennsylvania.  Our management team specializes in the nuances of operating housing assisted with federal and other special financing including Section 8, Federal Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), Rural Development (USDA RD), HOME, and the Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program, as well as conventional financing.
