Newport Square Apartments are designated for individuals who are 62 years of age or older. The building has 11 one-bedroom units. All utilities are included in the rent. Amenities include 24-hour emergency maintenance service, on-site laundry facilities, and limited off-street parking. This community is considered independent living. There is no application fee.
