Newport Hotel is designated for individuals who are 62 years of age or older. The building has 10 one-bedroom units and three two-bedroom apartments. All utilities are included in the rent and we offer 24 hour emergency maintenance service as well as on site laundry facilities and off-street parking. The Newport Senior Citizen Center is also located conveniently in the same building. This community is considered independent living. There is no application fee.
