Job Summary: Monarch Management Group, Inc. is now hiring a part-time maintenance technician/groundskeeper to monitor an apartment complex in Mechanicsburg, PA. The position requires 24 hours per week. Competitive pay, paid time off, and benefits are offered.

Responsibilities: General upkeep and cleaning of the complexes and upkeep of equipment and grounds. As part of the general maintenance duties, the employee will be responsible for completing work orders, general maintenance of the buildings/apartment units, and maintenance of the appearance of property grounds. Roles may also include communicating with vendors and required annual training.
Skills: Landscaping, Basic household plumbing, Light electrical, Apartment Painting, Drywall Repair, Painting.
The employee must be available to be on call for emergency purposes.

Part-Time Site Manager - Mechanicsburg, PA

Job Summary: Monarch Management Group, Inc. is looking for a Site Manager to oversee a property located in Mechanicsburg, PA. The position will require 2 days per week for 16 hours of work. Site Manager duties include being responsible for the day-to-day operations, rent collection, leasing, and program administration. Must adhere to all Federal, State, and local laws, and company policies and procedures.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent 
Experience: Affordable Housing and YARDI are preferred but not required. Willing to train the right person. Hourly rate depending on experience.
Certifications: Training in Tax Credit, preferred.
